PIZZA NAAN TIPS !

PIZZA :

Ingredients; For Pizza Nan:

Maida-2 cups(heaped), oil – 4 tsps, salt ½ tsp, salt – ½ tsp, fresh yeast -1 tsp(or) dry yeast – ¾ tsp, milk – ½ cup, luke warm water – to mix the dough.

For Topping
Onions – 2,capsicums -2, tomatoes -2, cooking cheese – 50 gms, tomato sauce-
3 tbl.sps, salt and pepper – as required, butter -1 tbl.sp.

Method :

1. Soak yeast in Luke warm milk for 10 to 15 minutes with little sugar.2. Mix maida, salt and oil together in a bowl till it blends well. 3. Make a dent in the center and pour milk, yeast mixture. 4. Gather flour with finger tips, add more warm water and mix to a soft dough. (Like chapatti dough consistency). 5. Do not knead it. 6. Keep covered in a warm place for 5 to 6 hours till it doubles in its volume. 7. Divide the dough into two parts equally. 8. Roll it out gently using maida like a thick chapatti. 9. Prick on top with fork in many places. (this helps the dough not to puff up while baking). 10. Pre heat OVEN at 275’ C. 11. Arrange Nan on a greased oven proof dish an bake for 5 to 7 minutes. 12. Remove from oven and apply little butter on top. 13. Spread sauce evenly leaving 1 inch gap all around. 14. Arrange thinly sliced onions, capsicums and tomatoes (circles) on top of that. 15. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and then grated cheese. 16. Bake again till melts. Serve hot.
